• The customer paying for shipping, calculated based on distance from dealership to delivery address and vehicle type

• Using a reputable third-party shipping company for transport
• Keeping customers updated on their vehicle's shipping status
• Not being responsible for damages during shipping, but working with the customer and shipping company to resolve any issues that may occur.

About Our Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase within 3 days and/or 300 miles we will swap out your vehicle. No questions asked. Our goal is to provide you with a purchasing experience you can count on!

Requirements:

• You must qualify for the necessary financing on the replacement vehicle.
• The full amount of the original purchase price will be applied towards the new vehicle with no cashback.
• Warranties may transfer if applicable.
• If a trade was a part of the first purchase the value of the trade will be moved to the second purchase.
• Swap must be completed at the dealership
